The Challenge: Could we manufacture the world’s smallest functional business card? This project started as an April Fool’s prank but became a case study in precision. I led the R&D process, solving critical challenges in CNC camera registration and foil alignment to successfully embed an active NFC chip into a print surface smaller than a fingerprint.
