A brand guideline and a launch video
pixelFOUR is the creative agency side of bigDAWGS. I led its rebrand, rebuilt the brand guideline and directed its launch video.
The guideline
Logo and clear space, logo variations and misuse, the mark and favicon, primary and overlapping colours with RGB and CMYK values, accent colours, Montserrat and Calibre type, and the brand on business cards and marketing pieces.
My role
I designed the logo and set the colours and the rules for using the brand. For the video, I planned it with my team, and they shot it.
The video
It shows the products: floor graphics, NFC pin buttons and coasters, raised foil on vinyl banners, custom shape magnets and stickers, and multi colour foil in one print. I built most of the products in it.
Campaigns for three bigDAWGS stores
Seasonal social and email campaigns I designed and produced for bigDAWGS Express, Greetings and Promotions, then product videos and ad cut downs.
My role
Design Lead, then Head of Design, bigDAWGS.
The campaigns
Holiday 2021 and Valentine’s Day 2022: one seasonal look across all three stores, with the message changed for each store’s buyer. Express sells cards people personalize with their own photos, sounds and videos. Greetings sells ready made cards and cards people record themselves. Promotions sells corporate sound and video cards with raised foil and spot UV.
The videos
A 27 second reel for bigDAWGS Promotions, 2023, names each finish on screen: holographic gold foil, soft touch lamination, raised spot UV and a 7 inch LCD screen. I cut it down to 12 seconds for Google Performance Max in horizontal, square and vertical, each reframed for its platform. And in 2025, a 20 second ad for an event video card.
A podcast identity: Close the Deal
An identity for Close the Deal, a podcast for home improvement dealers from SNAP Home Finance, a Simply Group company.
My role
Visual Designer (Freelance), Simply Group Financial. I designed the identity and its pieces.
The pieces
Podcast covers, a SoundCloud banner, an email for each new episode, a landing page, a one pager and a table sign, all in one system: a condensed wordmark, a script signature, black and a bright green.
